After bringing to there attention the bedbugs, I was refunded for my stay.
Bed bugs, 4.00 wifi per day, non smoking rooms were smoked in.

The gilr at the desk was super friendly. The room was ok. Not the most cleaned in the world, but ok. No breakfast in here and the wifi is not free (3 / 4 $ ) The bathtube should be renowed. No fridge or microwave in the room, infact the room was really basic, but ok for the price that we paid.

This trip was all about price for us. I researched customer satisfaction as my #1criteria followed or hand in hand with price. The result was 100% satisfaction. I didn't expect the Beverly Hilton for the price but I did expect clean rooms and courteous staff, and I got both.
Because we were in #309 the room was dark and traffic by other customers was too high to even open the curtains for privacy sake. Not a deal breaker but it was an issue. Sink drain also leaked, again, not a deal breaker.
Clean, and easy to eat lunch and dinner at McDonald opposite

The cost for the period stayed was inexpensive. The area stores were close enough to walk. You get what you paid for.
Not happy about them placing us on the 3rd floor. No options given. The ice maker was way out of the way (other side of building). The room was below average. Very very plain. Kids weren't too happy to stay there compared to other motels stayed at during our family vacation. (There was Motel 6 right next door which I was considering on switching after seeing the room... but stayed away). The door to the room was not sealed right. Bugs could enter as well as the air. The free breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. They should've just given us a box of cerel and a cup of milk during check-in. No tables to eat their breakfast. Small lobby. If I visit again, I'll pick another motel and pay a little more for quality.
The staff was very helpful as well as kind. I had requested a ground floor room and they knew about it and gave me a ground floor room. I am disabled and that helped a lot. The ac system was fine and the fan stayed on, which helped with the freeway noise. When the compressor started and stopped, it did not wake me (as often happens in some hotels). Parking was right at the room, which helped a lot with moving stuff into and out of the room. Parking lot lighting was also fine and that makes security better. Located next to a Denny's and across from McDonald's so food was easy and Denny's offered a 10% discount with room key.
The mattress had a plastic cover over it. Understandable, but it wasn't as comfortable as I'd like. No coffee was offered in the room, but it was available at the front desk and was fine.
